01 不懂技術的客戶可以自己更新網站嗎？ Can non-technical clients update the site themselves?
可以。我們會交付完整 CMS 後台並提供操作教學影片，讓你輕鬆自管文字、圖片、商品與部落格內容。一週內若卡關，我們可以提供一次免費 15 分鐘視訊指導。 Yes. You'll receive a full CMS handover plus a tutorial video so you can manage text, images, products, and blog posts on your own. If anything trips you up in the first week, we'll offer a free 15-min video walkthrough.
02 如果我已經有 Logo 和品牌色，你會直接沿用嗎？ If I already have a logo and brand colors, will you use them?
當然。我們會以你現有的品牌識別為基礎做設計，確保風格一致；如果發現某些元素在網頁上效果不佳，我們會提出建議但尊重你的決定。 Absolutely. We'll build on your existing identity to maintain consistency. If certain elements don't translate well to web, we'll flag suggestions — but the final decision is yours.
03 海外客戶可以合作嗎？付款方式？ Do you work with overseas clients? Payment methods?
可以。我們接受以英文進行需求溝通與合約簽訂，付款支援 PayPal 與 Wise。 Yes. All communication and contracts can be in English. Payments via PayPal or Wise.
04 完成後可以自己修改網站嗎？著作權歸誰？ Can I modify the site after launch? Who owns it?
可以。交付後著作財產權歸你所有，原始檔與 GitHub repo 都會一併移轉。你可以自行修改、另請工程師維護、甚至搬到別的主機都沒問題。 Yes. Upon delivery, all copyright transfers to you — source files and GitHub repo included. You're free to modify, hire another developer, or move hosts.
05 如果中途想取消專案？ What if I want to cancel mid-project?
合約裡會明確列出取消條款：設計階段前可全額退款；設計階段後，已完成的部分會以工時結算，未動工的部分全額退還。透明、無爭議。 The contract clearly spells this out: full refund before the design phase begins; after design starts, completed work is billed by hours and the rest is refunded. Transparent, no disputes.
06 會幫忙申請網域 / 主機嗎？ Will you handle the domain & hosting setup?
會。可以代為註冊網域、設定 DNS、申請 SSL，並建議最適合的主機方案（Vercel、Netlify、Cloudflare Pages、或傳統 VPS）。一切以你的後續維運便利為主。 Yes. We can register the domain, configure DNS, set up SSL, and recommend the best hosting (Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare Pages, or traditional VPS) — chosen for your long-term maintenance ease.
